The three-day Winter Bluegrass Weekend kicks off today in Plymouth at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. The indoor music festival features the Minnesota Bluegrass and Old Time Music Assocation Showcase of Bands, more than 40 groups performing bluegrass, old-time stringband, and related forms of acoustic music. Huh.
