The NFL has released the preliminary list of nominees for the 2012 Hall of Fame class and seven former Vikings are on the list. They are running backs Roger Craig (1992-1993) and Herschel Walker (1989-1991), wide receiver Cris Carter (1990-2001), offensive guard/tackle Chris Hinton (1994-1995), linebacker/defensive end Chris Doleman (1985-1993, 1999), safety Joey Browner (1983-1991), and kicker Gary Anderson (1998-2002). Here are highlights for the two Vikings that have a good shot of actually landing in the Hall of Fame for the class of 2012.
